This is the initial meeting to discuss how the
firm can assist you with your immigration case and to advise you on how immigration laws impact your life. |

All consultations are conducted by an attorney
and usually take an hour to complete. |

The fee for the consultation is $100.00.
If representation is required and you desire to hire the firm within
ten business days, the consultation fee is applied to the overall
cost of your case. |

Legal Fees: |
Most all cases are charged by a set "fixed
fee." This means one reasonable price for all the time and work
conducted on your case. This allows you to work with the attorney
and not worry about how long a particular matter is taking. |

| For those matters that need to be handled by the hour, the "hourly fee" is currently $200.00. | ||||
Hourly fee contracts are used when limited time
is needed to resolve your case or when further research is required
after a consultation. |

The above fixed and hourly fees can be paid through
no-interest payment plans. |

Currently our office accepts payments by cash,
check, Visa, Mastercard & Discover. |
